Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Customs & Duties
International shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties or brokerage fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
4. Tracking
Once your package ships, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment online.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
The risk of loss transfers to you after the carrier accepts the package. We will assist you with carrier investigations for missing parcels.
6. Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses provided by customers.
